APPLICATION FORM FOR THE PERSONAL DATA OWNER'S APPLICATIONS TO THE DATA

Persons who want to use their rights arising from Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) should fill out this form and submit it to our Company through one of the following methods.

Together with the application form and documents confirming your identity, you can go to "Kumbahçe, Atatürk St. No: 187, 48400 Bodrum / Muğla ”, you can apply to our company in person.
You can send the application form to our company through a notary,
You can send your application form signed with your secure electronic or mobile signature to our company's e-mail address ……………….
You can send your application form to the e-mail address ………… through your e-mail address that you have previously notified to our Company and is registered in our systems, ,
By performing identification and verification procedures, you can apply to us through other procedures specified in the Law and the relevant legislation.

The requests included in the application submitted to our company through one of the above methods will be concluded as soon as possible according to the nature of the request and within thirty days from the date the request is received by our Company in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2 of the Law on KVK, and our response to the request is made to the Personal Data Owner in Article 13. In accordance with paragraph 3, it will be notified in writing or electronically. The requests made will be concluded free of charge, and if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee specified by the Personal Data Protection Board will be requested by our Company.
